Now Hiring: Full-Time Licensing & Contracting Specialist
Group Benefits, Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensing & Contracting Specialist at their Urbandale, Iowa office. This is an on-location / in-person position.
The Licensing & Contracting Specialist will work to guide agents through the contracting process for the various carriers we partner with. Licensing & Contracting Specialists are the primary source of contact for agents for appointment requirements, business and appointment transfers, and business exit processes.
The Licensing & Contracting Specialist is part of a team but will work independently as well.
Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred, but not required
High school diploma or recognized equivalent, required
Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook

Now Hiring: Full-Time Individual Benefits Sales Specialist
Group Benefits, Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time Individual Benefits Sales Specialist at their Urbandale, Iowa office. This is an on-location / in-person position.
The Individual Benefits Sales Specialist works to sell health insurance over the phone to individuals across the United States. You may occasionally work with individuals face-to-face as well. The Individual Benefits Sales Specialist is responsible for selling under-65 health insurance and over-65 health insurance products, as well as ancillary products such as dental and vision. 100% of all leads are provided by affiliate agents.
Candidate must have their Iowa health insurance license or the ability to obtain the license within 45 days of hire. Additional state licenses will be added after hire date
Candidate must have a four-year degree or the equivalent relevant work experience
Candidate should have a minimum of two years of sales experience
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
AgencyBloc or similar agency management software experience, preferred
